The location was great, close to the train station and cafes, plus not too far away from all the shops. The staff were helpful and left chocolates in the room for a friend's birthday. Checking in was easy when our flight landed early - we got our room right away.
While the bed was comfortable, the service wasn't great. There were delays with room service and empty minibars.

Well-equipped room, with good lighting, power outlets, and lockers near the bed. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering us late check-out, storing our luggage, and lending us umbrellas. The location was convenient, surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, but still quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing an excellent sleep quality. Impeccably clean.

The hotel's beautiful decor and spacious rooms made me feel like I was in a luxurious retreat. The bathroom was especially excellent, with its size and luxurious amenities. I also appreciated the convenience of the mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room. The location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk from the tram stop and surrounded by plenty of dining options and a Tesco nearby. The staff were great, making my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to supermarkets and public transportation. Super friendly and helpful staff. The food at the hotel was delicious.
Room wasn't ready upon arrival and had to wait. Issues with the minibar and internet connection.

This hotel boasts a great location, enabling us to easily walk to the town centre. We also appreciated the reduced parking fee and prompt assistance from the friendly staff. The rooms were a comfortable size and the walk-in showers were a great touch.

Great location for the marathon, modern rooms with lovely bathrooms, good air conditioning. Convenient discounted parking nearby. Good breakfast with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Friendly staff and a comfortable modern bar.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location is fantastic. It's situated in a quiet area of the city but still in the heart of everything. The bar seating area was a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The room amenities, including the air conditioning and soundproofed rooms, made for a very comfortable stay.
